WeWorks combines helpdesk-style ticketing with marketplace-style service delivery, payments, and administration.

Task management

  • Create tasks with service category, service items, address (Google Places), schedule, priority, and description
  • Open / closed task lists with filters (priority, assignee, status)
  • Task detail pages with comments, files, activity, and service workflow steps
  • Tasker seeds — offers sent to taskers who can accept or reject jobs
  • Service workflow — scheduled → in progress → completed → feedback → cost confirmed

Wallet & payments

All ticket and shop payments flow through the platform wallet. Users fund via Stripe; taskers withdraw to linked bank accounts. See Wallet & Payments.

  • Email queues, SMTP, webhooks

Authentication

  • Email/password with session cookies
